Welcome to Little River yoga!  Our yoga classes offer a wide variety of benefits, from enhanced physical body strength, flexibility and awareness to mental, emotional and spiritual equanimity.

Our classes are based on the theory and practice of Yoga following the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, teacher of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, B.K.S. Iyengar and T.K.V.Desikachar.

By combining knowledge and elements from Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga, our classes allow the student to explore and cultivate their own individual yoga style and practice.
