Viniyoga is designed for those new to Yoga, the returning Yogi, or anyone looking for a different way to practice due to injury. Viniyoga is adaption to the unique needs of the individual with appropriate application. In the asana practice, the emphasis is on function rather than form. Breath is used as the medium for movement in and out of the asana. The art and science of sequencing is essential to develop proper orientation to achieve desired results. Discussion of breath, asana, and pranayama in addition to a full practice will be included. All levels welcome.
